10. The Stuff of Nightmares with Dwarf Exploder
Tour (10) not availableThe Stuff of Nightmares will take you on a journey, a journey from which you may never return, a journey…. into HELL!!!
Join me as we risk life and limb to navigate the Rendezvous Creek walking track to collect the caches which make up the horrifying Stuff of Nightmares trail. But be warned, approximately 23.7% of geocachers who have attempted this trail have never been seen again….
The Rendezvous Creek walking track is an easy 2.3 km walk return that will take you along a flowing creek, past mossy boulders, through forest to an open grassy valley. There are eight caches in total and I have tried to include a variety of cache types with an emphasis on the set up at GZ in keeping with the trail’s nightmare theme. All caches are fairly close to the track with only a limited amount of bush bashing required.
must bring water, suitable shoes, GPS, snacks
For more information on Rendezvous Creek see my hiking video blog
While you’re there.. Bonus cache – Secret Cave
Start: 13:30 @ The Stuff of Nightmares #01 Abandon all Hope (GC63Q0Y) (GC10ATF)
